Good size bedroom; the hotel's cafeteria has the most famous Churros and Chocolate in town! Near Nervion Shopping Center.
At the desk we were asked for our passports, my husband has his, but I didi not. The employee almost gave us a sermon on why it was wrong not to bring my passport to the check in desk! He was mad! In the end, i found a photocopy of my passport in my purse, and he accepted it on the condition he could have problems with tht police if he continued accepting less than original passports! We did not have this problem in Granada's hotel, or Madrid's.

The room is very comfortable and very big bathroom and clean ! Wi-fi in the room worked only from the second day, but the signal was good! About 10 minutes walk from central train station !
For a tourist trip the hotel is no well located. What saved us was the service of renting bicycles of Sevilla. For the mains tourist places we took a 10min by bike !

Breakfast was good and the hotel had a cafétéria tacked on to the side
On a main road it was a bit noisy in the room facing the road. I had to change rooms midway as the first had a problem with the electrical switch. Both rooms had problems with the key-cards.

We really liked this hotel, it is very good looking, stylish. The staff was very helpful (after check-out when we wanted to see the city, we could leave our bags with the reception). There was free wifi in the whole hotel. And it was very good value for money.
About a twenty minute walk from the city centre, but that was ok.

Lots of shops around, very good value for money (40€/night). Lots of bus stops around? Very dark rooms for sleeping.
Lots of sound (doors from other rooms are very noisy when they close!).
